Job Description - Office Clerk

We are looking for an Office Clerk to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness beside the communication coordination with customers & suppliers

Ultimately, the Office Clerk should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation, in all business areas.

Responsibilities

Office Administration

Customers service tasks

Order fulfilment

Logistics/warehouse

Production / Labelling

Delivering / payment collection

Social Media Activities

Outdoor sales

Requirements

• Candidate must be based in Dubai

• Candidate must have a valid driving license (Manual) with minimum three years history, UAE record

• At least three years of relevant work experience

• Proven experience as an Office clerk or Administrative Assistant

• Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures

• Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel and MS Outlook (to be tested during the interview)

• Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers, vacuum packaging machine)

• Knowledge in Tally Books

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

• Willing to take the extra mile when it came to working hours and company target

• Ready to join immediately

Experience:

• Three years of relevant work experience in UAE

Language:

• Must be fluent in English in speaking, reading & writing (to be tested during the interview)

• Must be fluent in HINDI & Urdu in speaking, reading & writing (to be tested during the interview)
