Job Description - Operations Manager

We are thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity at Orion Funded, an innovative Dubai-based startup leading the way in the Prop Firm Industry. As we enter a phase of accelerated growth, we are actively seeking a dynamic Operations Manager with a keen focus on finance and administration to ensure the seamless functioning of our day-to-day operations.

Location: Remote or Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Oversight:
    • Manage day-to-day financial operations, encompassing banking transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation.
    • Cultivate relationships with banks, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
  2. Administrative Excellence:
    • Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and compliance, to maintain operational efficiency.
    • Streamline bureaucratic processes, ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations.
  3. Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and workflows.
    • Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Document Management:
    • Assume responsibility for all company documentation, ensuring precision, organization, and compliance with industry standards.
  5. Relationship Management:
    • Act as a key liaison between Orion Funded and external partners, fostering positive relationships and clear communication channels.
  6. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Provide support to the CEO through the delivery of timely and insightful reports, contributing to strategic decision-making.
    • Leverage ofimatics tools for effective data analysis and presentation.

Requirements:

  1. Language Skills:
    • Native-level proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  2. Professional Experience:
    • Proven track record in finance and administration roles.
    • Experience in trading is advantageous but not mandatory.
  3. Skills:
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in ofimatics tools for documentation, data analysis, and presentation.
  4. Independence and Motivation:
    • Ability to work independently and remotely.
    • Demonstrated high level of self-motivation and accountability.
