Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, encompassing banking transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Cultivate relationships with banks, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth financial transactions.
- Administrative Excellence:
- Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and compliance, to maintain operational efficiency.
- Streamline bureaucratic processes, ensuring strict adherence to relevant regulations.
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and workflows.
- Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document Management:
- Assume responsibility for all company documentation, ensuring precision, organization, and compliance with industry standards.
- Relationship Management:
- Act as a key liaison between Orion Funded and external partners, fostering positive relationships and clear communication channels.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide support to the CEO through the delivery of timely and insightful reports, contributing to strategic decision-making.
- Leverage ofimatics tools for effective data analysis and presentation.
Requirements:
- Language Skills:
- Native-level proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Professional Experience:
- Proven track record in finance and administration roles.
- Experience in trading is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in ofimatics tools for documentation, data analysis, and presentation.
- Independence and Motivation:
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Demonstrated high level of self-motivation and accountability.
