Operations Manager - Continuum of Care Business Qualifications : • Essential: 5+ years’ management experience in a similar position
• Desired: Experience with administration management in the healthcare industry, including relevant financial functions
• Application of sound budgeting and financial planning and management principles
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Demonstrate a strong understanding and the correct application of business metrics, governance and risk management
• Demonstrates sound knowledge and understanding of financial statutory requirements and the ability to manage hospital finances accordingly
• Financial statements and reporting
• Financial systems (SAP, HIS)
• Knowledge of Funders and related processes and rules
• Patient administration systems and related processes
• Stock control principles and management
