Operations Manager - KNX Systems

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of KNX programming, low current systems, networking, security, and integration of AV & Cinema Systems within the company's projects.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to technicians on KNX device interfacing, coordinate site activities, and conduct thorough wire checks.

Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by effectively managing work pressure and promptly addressing client concerns related to KNX systems.

Collaborate with the team on system design, analysis, maintenance, and documentation, ensuring smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site visits and meetings to oversee project progress, align with client expectations, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a leader in KNX systems with a minimum of two years' hands-on experience in KNX programming.

Strong proficiency in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and automation, with 1-2 years of demonstrated expertise.

Expertise in ETS (Engineering Tool Software) and other programming languages and logic controls relevant to KNX systems.

Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous for effective communication with clients and team members.

Possession of a valid UAE driving license and access to own transportation is essential for regular site visits and meetings.

Additional Skills (Desired):

Familiarity with GRMS (Guest Room Management Systems) and home/building automation systems would be highly beneficial for streamlining operations and providing comprehensive solutions to clients.
