Reporting to the Senior Business Director, the Operations Manager, DBS, Middle East will manage and co-ordinate field operations to ensure all Downhole Broadband Solutions (DBS) projects in the Middle East region are executed per contract requirements, delivering exceptional value and service to our respective customers, meeting and exceeding internal and external expectations. The Operations Manager position will drive the operational success of all DBS projects within the Middle East region. You will utilize your operational and technical skills to deliver service and value above all. Further, you will implement and manage training and competencies, processes, and quality programs to ensure business alignment. Crucial to this role will be your ability to drive continuous improvement, enhancing the overall service process, performance, and capabilities for our business to surpass metric expectations and targets.

Engineering degree or similar experience
Experience in a similar operational position within Oil and Gas segment
10+ years Industry Experience in DD and MWD/LWD
Computer literacy (including good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook)
Understand Drill String/BHA Components
T&D, Hydraulics and Vibration Modeling.
Drilling Dynamics and Optimization
Log Interpretation
Understand Drilling Tools applications.
Service Equipment

Desirable

Petroleum and or Well / Drilling Engineering degree
Experince in Geology
Wired pipe operations and applications.
eTools Solutions Software
Real Time Drilling Optimization and Applications
