Operations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Owens Corning is seeking a motivated and passionate Operations Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Dubai, AE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, the Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. - Manage and coordinate daily operational activities, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics. - Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals. - Conduct regular evaluations to assess performance and address any issues or bottlenecks. - Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. - Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of success in driving operational excellence. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management tools and software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
