Operations Manager - Remote Work

Priceline Group is seeking a dedicated and confident Operations Manager to join our remote team in Dubai. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency. - Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth coordination and communication. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners. - Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement. - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations. - Develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management. - Strong negotiation and analytical skills. - Excellent leadership and communication abilities. - Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. - Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
