The successful candidate will be an experienced candidate with a good customer service drive, that will help, assist and further the needs and requests of the families of the school.
The School Parent Relations Executive plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships between the school and parents, ensuring effective communication, and promoting parent involvement in school activities. They serve as a liaison between the school administration, teachers, and parents to address concerns, provide support, and enhance the overall educational experience for students
Qualifications:
Holds a bachelor's degree
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication tools and platforms such as email, social media, and parent portals.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of parents, students, and staff.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all interactions with parents and stakeholders.
Able to work on initiative
Persistent follow-up strategies
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Problem solving skills
Other Qualities:
Knowledge of child development principles, educational best practices, and school policies and procedures.
Analyze feedback data and collaborate with school leadership to develop strategies for addressing concerns, implementing improvements, and enhancing parent satisfaction and engagement.
Help and support parents in navigating school processes, including enrollment, registration, and academic support services.
Plan and execute parent involvement initiatives such as family fun days, open houses, and educational seminars to promote a sense of community and partnership between the school and parents.
Organize and coordinate parent-teacher meetings, orientations, and workshops to facilitate interaction between parents and school staff.
Maintain regular communication with parents through various channels such as email, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Disseminate important information, updates, and announcements to parents regarding school events, policies, and procedures.
Respond promptly to parent inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing accurate information and addressing any issues or grievances in a timely manner.
