Job Description

We are seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to join our team, responsible for managing both white collar and blue-collar hiring efforts. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for a diverse range of positions, including professional white-collar roles such as managers, engineers, project leads, and product managers, as well as skilled blue-collar positions like recruiting deters, painters, and mechanics. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, a strong understanding of different job markets, and the ability to attract top talent across various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications for professional positions such as IT, engineering, project management, and leadership roles.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using platforms like Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top talent.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and making recommendations to hiring managers.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• ·         Support administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing candidate communication.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on both white collar and blue-collar positions.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and management.
• Strong data management and administration skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technical requirements and certifications for denters, painters, and mechanics is preferred.
