Job Description - Recruiter - Emiratisation

We are looking to hire a Recruiter - Emiratisation who will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talents to support the success of our client based in Dubai - one of the largest semi-governmental companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable based on performance.

The role sits within the Recruitment department and reports directly to the Team Manager.

You should also have experience in Emiratisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance, including extending job offers and negotiating salary packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future job openings.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent across various levels and functions.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding ethical recruiting standards.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
