Regional Sales Manager, EMEA
Dubai (Remote) Business – Sales / Full-time / Hybrid At Kpler, we simplify global trade information and provide valuable insights. • Create team sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. • Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success and regional growth. • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth • Counsel, train, and guide direct reports to drive organization plans for achieving sales goals, Identify hiring needs, and select and train new salespeople. • Hire, train, set goals and monitor the performance of direct reports and report on team sales results. • Execute business development activity to strategically grow the new customer base through prospecting and cold calling. Leverage a repeatable sales process to drive to closure. • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction. • Keep accurate and complete information on the Salesforce CRM system including prospecting activity, closing, sales pipeline and forecasting, close ratios and market intelligence. • Research and utilize industry tools (LinkedIn and other business social media apps, Amplemarket, ZoomInfo or other online databases and websites) to identify opportunities for business growth. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering) regarding existing and new clients to identify and resolve client concerns. Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships. •The role requires business trips to participate in client meetings, marketing events, trade shows and company events. • Responsible for the team’s Sales KPIs (exceed: sales targets, sales activity, and keep sales pipeline in the CRM updated and organized).Requirements
