Job Description - Administrative Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


As an Administrative Assistant working remotely for Ingram Micro, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will be working closely with senior management to coordinate office activities, manage calendars, handle correspondence, and perform various administrative tasks to support the overall function of the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. 2. Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. 3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed. 4. Conduct research on various topics to support decision-making processes. 5. Assist in project management tasks, including setting up meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking deadlines. 6. Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval. 7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 8. Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by senior management.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role. 2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills. 4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Passionate and hardworking personality traits. 8. Research and project management skills. 9. Experience in a global or multinational company is a plus.
