Job Description:
As an IT Recruiter , you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier IT talent to join our dynamic team. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the IT industry and the ability to identify and engage with candidates across various platforms. Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment plans
- Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role in the IT industry
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and terminology
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to attract passive candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
