Job Description - Remote Office Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Remote Office Manager to join our team at Anadarko Petroleum in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a full-time Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote office in Abu Dhabi.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks for the remote office, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. 2. Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and technology, troubleshooting any issues as they arise. 3. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency. 4. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new remote employees. 5. Act as a liaison between the remote office and headquarters, providing updates and reports as needed. 6. Monitor and maintain office inventory, ordering supplies as necessary. 7. Assist with budget management and expense tracking for the remote office.


Requirements: 1. Must possess strong planning and decision-making skills. 2. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 3. Proven experience in office management or a related field. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
