Online Operations Manager

Discovery Communications is seeking a highly experienced and energetic Online Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in online operations, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online platforms to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online user experience and increase engagement. 2. Monitor website performance and analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant. 4. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support online operations. 5. Lead a team of online operations specialists, providing guidance and support as needed. 6. Conduct regular audits of online platforms to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in online operations or a similar role. 3. Strong strategic planning skills and attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6. Energetic and independent personality traits. 7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
