Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Gap in Abu Dhabi. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our online operations to ensure the smooth running of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily operations of the online store, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service - Develop strategies to increase online sales and improve overall performance of the e-commerce platform - Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate online promotions and campaigns - Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline operations - Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online retail
