Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Online Operations Manager to join our team at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company in Dubai. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all online operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our digital platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize online operations and ensure seamless customer experience - Manage and oversee website content, design, and functionality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive online sales, marketing, and customer engagement initiatives - Monitor key performance indicators and analytics to track and improve online performance - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online operations - Lead a team of online operations staff and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in online operations management - Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Proficiency in strategic planning and decision-making soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with online platforms and e-commerce systems
