Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

AGCO is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As the Online Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our online operations, including website management, online marketing strategies, inventory management, and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales - Manage website content, design, and functionality to ensure a positive user experience - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements - Oversee inventory management to ensure products are accurately listed, stocked, and fulfilled - Coordinate with various departments, such as marketing, sales, and logistics, to optimize online operations - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in online operations or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing online operations and driving sales growth - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Excellent organizational and analytical skills to handle multiple tasks and data effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CMS systems, and online marketing tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics
