Online Operations Manager

INTL FCStone is currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Online Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage all day-to-day online operations, including website maintenance, content management, and customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve online presence, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates. 3. Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to make data-driven decisions to optimize online operations. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online operations with overall business objectives. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve online operations and customer experience. 6. Lead and mentor a team of online operations specialists to achieve department goals and objectives. 7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 6 years in online operations management, preferably in a global organization. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 5. Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate and execute online operations strategies. 6. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure performance. 7. Experience in e-commerce platforms and knowledge of online marketing techniques.
