Job Description - Sales Administrator MPC

1.Delivery operation for six states of UAE (Sharjah/ Ajman/ Uaq/Fujairah/Rak/Dubai

2.Receiving delivery order form sales team creating confirmation and sending to store team for loading after confirm by sm

3.Delivery order A written communication by company email or delivery request from being singed and approved

4.Planning routes for distribution and deploy trucks on the same routes.

5.Filling verifying & submitting of local sales invoices to accounts after all invoice are completed

6.Creating system invoice for daily as well as sales summary of the day

7.Cash & cheque receive from driver &handover to sales team

8.. Shortage of stock checked if the storekeeper missing any items

9. Update the attendance of employees in system.

10. Communication with garage & transport team to arrange for the required maintenance of distribution trucks, Vehicle breakdown & trucks handover & takeover).

11- Check & balance for Parking permissions, Fines etc.

12-Making system sales agreements for replenishment & customized items for production

13-Preparing monthly sales commission reports for sales drivers and helpers.

14-Update the attendance system for the S/D team

15-Handling all HR related work for team members
