Job Description - Sales Manager - Indoor Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals.
    • Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales objectives.
    • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing ongoing training and feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
    • Address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Implement customer loyalty initiatives to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic business decisions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events to drive store traffic and sales.
  • Product Knowledge and Presentation:
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the indoor furniture product range and stay updated on new product launches.
    • Ensure the showroom is well-presented, with visually appealing displays that highlight product features and benefits.
    • Provide training to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, order processing, and visual merchandising.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
    • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reports related to sales activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and customer preferences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
