Responsibilities

• Lead the project end to end, handling and being accountable of all the project management activities, including the financial part of it.
• Managevarious projectstreamsand change request related to technology and service transitions. Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
• Provide project leadership to include ability to discuss and champion the business case for change to a business audience, and actively participate and execute high value business solutions. Role includes planning and deployment, budget management, risk management, systems integration, and software development.
• Create and negotiate statements of work, planning and milestone creation, financial reporting.
• Experience of delivering 2-3 SAP S/4HANAimplementations end to end.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years SAP projects experience
• Strong communication skills able to convince business, ability to work with people in diverse cultures / onsite and offshore.
• Experience working with offshore development rationalizing development work and leading execution.
• Assist in managing the approach, tools and processes that will be used to support business transition events.
• Manage Project Change and ensure process set-up/governance
• Plan and manage service transition as required
• Will be reporting to Program Director

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio and MPP.
• Understanding of business processes for focus areas or multiple modules.

• Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assist in the management of scope.

• Communicates project resource requirements to staffing coordinator/clients.
• Ensures quality implementation (works with QA program)
• May participate in Pre-Sales as part of the client pursuit team.
