Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the security services, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards.
• Coordinate and manage security personnel, including approving vacation requests, conducting site visits, and ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of security service delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their security needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor security systems and infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing upgrades as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold the highest standards of security and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance security protocols and operations.
• Develop and manage budgets for the security services department, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any stream preferred.
• Proven experience in operations management within the security services industry.
• Must have SIRA Certification.
• Must have valid UAE Driving license.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact with clients, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
