Job Description - Senior Manager - Account Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Account Development to lead our team in expanding our business relationships and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, managing a team of account managers, and fostering strong client relationships. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of account development strategies. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive account growth and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account development or sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
