About the Role

As a Senior Product Owner, you'll be steering our product team towards groundbreaking success. You're expected to have a robust background in finance, excelling in areas like banking (especially asset management) and payment solutions. Your role involves leading the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products, aligning them with the unique needs of our clients. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll define product strategies, manage budgets, prioritize features, and drive our product roadmap to not just meet but exceed business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

● Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define a compelling product vision and strategy. Prioritize features and enhancements in sync with business goals and client needs.

● Product Development: Lead agile teams to deliver top-notch products. Ensure alignment from concept to launch, adhering to business needs and compliance.

● Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

● Stakeholder Management: Work seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and validate product concepts.

● Risk & Compliance: Navigate and mitigate risks, ensuring all product initiatives are in line with regulatory standards.

● You have 10+ years in payments, fintech, asset management, or banking

Experience & Qualifications

● Background: Significant experience in product management within the banking, payment, or fintech industries.

● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is preferred.

● Skills: Proven track record in launching and managing digital products, adept in agile methodologies, with exceptional leadership and communication skills.

● Vision: Customer-centric, with a keen eye for innovation and adapting to technological advancements.
