1. Post Fixture Operations

2. Review of Main terms / Recap and CP

3. Voyage Planning

4. Co-ordination with ship / master.

5. Management and appointment of Load Port and Disport Agents; PDA and FDA verification

6. Vessel Nomination and acceptance

7. Coastal Conversion and Revserion

8. Freight tax Calculations

9. Bunker Duty Calculations

10. Voyage Instructions

11. Voyage Performance Management

12. Port Operations Management for Loading and Discharge of Cargo

13. Communication with Owners/Charterers

14. Lay time Calculations

15. PNI Club / Legal Coordination

16. Negotiation of LTC in accordance with CP provisions

17. MIS for Management Review

18. Documentation and Storage of all Voyage Related information.

19. Timely Closure of Files

20. Monitor Daily Ship Operations and briefing to team on Each vessel position.

21. Improve Financial performance of the Voyage

22. Bunker planning and procurement

23. Well versed in Charter party and legal terms.
