Subsea Engineer

• Industry experience in subsea controls (including SCADA), (EH) umbilicals, HV cables and fibre optics is also
• Applicants with three to four years of offshore operational experience working with Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs), Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs), Autonomous Inspection Vehicles (AIVs) and/or Underwater Intervention Drones (UIDs) are highly desirable for this role .

There will be further training provided in digital skill sets in order to work alongside digital twins and remote marine operations, whereby live data streaming through cloud-based systems to shore from Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs) is becoming commonplace and reducing the environmental, social and governance (ESG) footprint due to less personnel having to travel offshore.

There will be significant opportunities for career progression over the next three to five years. The initial focus will be supporting the development of the Asset Digital Twin Lab (the ADT-LAB) to a cloud-based platform with appropriate industry certification.
