Job Description - Supply Network Planner

Job description / Role

Contract: 12 months (renewable) - outsourced through ManpowerGroup Middle East Role: Main contact person for the In-Market Supply Chain team/affiliate & upstream supply network stakeholders. - Manages the supply network planning for their assigned portfolio and is responsible for the order Order to Invoice (OTI) management, from time of intercompany sales order receipt to invoice creation, taking into consideration all internal and external requirements. - Owns the Order to Invoice process of the pharma portfolio for their assigned countries/customers. - Responsible for Supply Network Planning: monitoring demand coverage and perform proper upstream communication to eliminate risk of stock out, ensuring inventory distribution as per market needs and net requirements propagation with full adherence to the weekly net requirements validation cycle. - Collaborate with deliver organization to optimize processes and looking for efficiencies and opportunities (e.g. cost reductions/service improvements). - Oversee the fulfilment of the Company's Metrics and KPIs, inventory management, SLOB reduction. Ensure adherence to the Global (SOX) Compliance processes, time frames and calendars for month end closing and reporting. - Builds strong partnership with all internal stakeholders, local In Market Supply Chain teams, Compliance, Finance, Supply Planning, Commercial, Regulatory, Deliver, QA, etc. to identify optimization and standardization opportunities with a continuous improvement mindset. - Master Data: Supply Network Planner is accountable for the system setup & maintenance of the Customer master data & for all relevant parameters of the shipping locations they manage in the planning system. - As single point of contact (SPOC) with the manufacturing sites, will be responsible for constant follow up of production, ensuring timely completion of it in accordance with order due dates. - Supply Network Planner will at time of product availability trigger the process of shipment execution. As SPOC with the Distribution Centers, Deliver & 4PL, Supply Network Planner will notify them about upcoming shipments, as per the systems & processes in place, which will be executed according to the defined incoterms, route, and mode of transport & following the shipping/document instructions set up in our customer master data.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor Degree of Business or equivalent. - Years of Experience: 2-3 Years preferred. - Technical Skills: Excel and Outlook required. Knowledge of SAP, OMP or other Microsoft Office apps is a plus. - Language: English - strong business proficiency required. Required Leadership Skills: - Ability to organize & execute work activities with limited supervision. - Feels comfortable working in an international environment with people of diverse backgrounds. - Good communication & strong analytical skills. - Team player. Knows how to set priorities, especially under time pressure. - Takes initiative and acts in a proactive way.
