A system Administrator is required by a Leading Oil & Gas Company based in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a key part in the implementation process, thereafter on going Duties & Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
• Providing on going application support
• Training
• User adoption and success
• Implementing new versions of PSA
• Testing

The ideal candidate will:
• Be knowledgeable of cloud technologies such as salesforce.com
• Preferably be Salesforce ADM201 certified (advantageous but not essential but be willing to train for this)
• Be experienced in Professional Services Automation (PSA) applications and solutions
• Be experienced in project implementation methodologies and best practice
• Be able to function in a fast paced, dynamic, global environment and be capable of balancing multiple priorities most of which are deadline driven
• Be technically proficient
• Have excellent technical, analytical, and both written and verbal communications skills, and experience in working with cross functional teams
• Be a highly motivated, self-starter who anticipates needs, plans the work required and follows through to get desired results
• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas inspection industry is advantageous but not essential
• The role is based in Dubai, UAE with travel across the Middle East, North Africa and India
