Job Title: Transactions Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Transactions Operations Manager to join our team at KeaBank. In this role, you will oversee the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing payments, reconciliation activities, as well as treasury and foreign exchange (FX) transactions. If you have a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving excellence in financial transactions, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

???? Manage and optimize the end-to-end process of incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

???? Oversee reconciliation activities, including bank statements, general ledger, and internal accounts, to identify and resolve discrepancies.

???? Coordinate treasury and fx transactions, including cash management, liquidity planning, and investment strategies to optimize financial resources.

???? Execute foreign exchange transactions, monitor currency exposure, and implement risk management strategies to mitigate FX risks.

???? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk, and compliance, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

???? Develop and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability of transaction operations.

???? Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management.

???? Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in transaction banking and operations management.

Requirements:

???? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CAMS) preferred.

???? Proven experience (2 years) in operations management roles within the financial services industry, with a focus on transaction processing and treasury operations.

???? Strong knowledge of payment systems, reconciliation processes, and treasury management principles.

???? Experience with foreign exchange transactions, hedging strategies, and FX risk management.

???? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.

???? Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

???? Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, treasury management systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.

???? Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory compliance requirements.
