Vessel Charter Lead

Roles & Responsibilities§ In the role of Vessel Charter Lead you will lead the vessel charter team consisting out of 2 to 3 vessel charter coordinators/officers.§ The Vessel Charter Lead must be able to work in a coordinating capacity relevant to the daily technical, commercial and administrative matters associated with the chartered vessels.§ This person will work closely with other Logistic team members and other JDN personnel from other departments and report to the Logistics Manager.§ Liaise with the project team including other departments (i.e. Operations, Crew Department, Technical Department, etc), vessel crew, clients, subcontractors, third parties and authorities.§ Develop processes to improve the quality and efficiency within the department.§ Train and coach team members§ Day to day follow-up of the chartered vessels§ Develop and adjust the reporting and invoicing system between the ship owners and JDN
