Baseball United, the first-ever professional baseball league focused on the Middle East and South Asia, and one of the world's most talked about new sports organizations, is seeking talented, experienced, and motivated leaders to join our Global Headquarters in Dubai. Job Description:

Baseball United is the most talked about new pro sports league in the world. A core driver of this international excitement is due to our very strong marketing, creative, and PR. Led by our Co-Founder and CEO, Kash Shaikh, who is an award-winning brand builder with a 20-year pedigree of building world-class brands, we have set the standard with the our launch of our league and our franchises.

As the Vice President of Brand at Baseball United, you will be charged with keeping that industry-leading momentum and quality going, working under the direction of the CEO to continue expanding our marketing and brand building footprint worldwide. You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our brand strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty among fans, sponsors, and stakeholders. And you will play a critical role in helping to shape the brand identity of Baseball United as a premier sports league in the Middle East and South Asia.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Brand Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy in partnership with the CEO, based on the brand guidelines and business goals. 

2. **Brand Identity:** Manage the league's brand identity, including visual elements, messaging, and tone of voice, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

3. **Marketing Campaigns:** Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote Baseball United's brand and drive fan engagement, ticket sales, and sponsor activations.

4. **Content Creation:** Oversee the creation of compelling and impactful content, including digital, social media, video, and print materials, to support brand objectives and initiatives.

5. **Partnership Activation:** Collaborate with the events and sponsorship teams to integrate sponsor activations and branding opportunities into Baseball United's marketing initiatives and events.

6. **Fan Engagement:** Develop strategies to enhance fan engagement and loyalty through innovative marketing initiatives, fan experiences, and community-building efforts.

7. **Market Research:** Conduct market research and analysis to understand audience demographics, preferences, and trends, informing brand strategies and initiatives.

8. **Brand Compliance:** Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards across all marketing materials, communications, and partnerships.

9. **Team Management:** Build and lead a high-performing brand marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.

10. **Budget Management:** Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a related role, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

- Proven track record of elite communication and collaboration, particularly with seasoned upper-level management.

- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities, with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling brand experiences.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

- Knowledge of the sports industry, particularly baseball, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the Middle East and South Asia markets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders.
