What you'll do:

As the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, you will play a crucial role in establishing robust relationships with existing and potential investors. You will be responsible for formulating effective investor relations policies, collaborating with legal teams to ensure compliance, conducting detailed market analyses, preparing superior presentation materials, executing financial analyses, managing investor engagement strategies, reviewing disseminated materials with investors, managing the release of sensitive information, and coordinating with various departments. Your ability to communicate effectively, analyse complex data, develop strategic plans, and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success in this role.

• Establish and support robust investor engagement initiatives.
• Formulate Investor Relations policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance on laws, regulations, and best practices in Investor Relations.
• Conduct market and comparator analysis to comprehend status and trends in expectations for investor engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to prepare superior presentation materials and supporting analysis.
• Execute financial analysis and engage with equity analysts and the investment community.
• Formulate and preserve investor engagement strategies.
• Review, analyse, and endorse the material disseminated to investors and shareholders.
• Manage release of investor relations and other sensitive company information.
• Maintain coordination with ERM, Audit and Governance about management and control of investor relations activities.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations position brings a wealth of experience in finance or accounting along with a deep understanding of investor relations. With a minimum of 12 years of experience in the field, you have honed your skills in financial analysis, communication, and strategic planning. Your ability to navigate financial regulations and standards sets you apart, as does your proven track record in conducting comprehensive market analyses and preparing superior presentation materials. A Master’s Degree in Finance or an MBA would be advantageous, as would CPA or CFA certification.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in an investor relations department is essential.
• At least 6 years of leadership experience is necessary.
• Master’s Degree in Finance or MBA in business administration would be advantageous.
