1. Coordinate and prioritize workflow within the workshop to ensure timely completion of all service and repair tasks.
2. Monitor clocking in and out procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
3. Allocate jobs to technicians based on their skill level and workload optimizing efficiency and productivity.
4. Monitor the progress of work on each vehicle and provide support and guidance to technicians as needed.
5. Liaise with the Service Advisor to ensure clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional work required. 6. Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.
7. Prepare reports on workshop performance including productivity efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics.
