Workshop Controller

1. Coordinate and prioritize workflow within the workshop to ensure timely completion of all service and repair tasks.

2. Monitor clocking in and out procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.

3. Allocate jobs to technicians based on their skill level and workload optimizing efficiency and productivity.

4. Monitor the progress of work on each vehicle and provide support and guidance to technicians as needed.

5. Liaise with the Service Advisor to ensure clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional work required. 6. Conduct quality control checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations.

7. Prepare reports on workshop performance including productivity efficiency and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

• High School graduated or educational courses.
  
• Proficiency in computer software programs including MS Office and workshop management systems. Preferred to have experience in Autoline or key loop DMS.Ability to plan and control product knowledge and administrative skills.
  
• Team management abilities with experience supervising a team of technicians.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
  
• Proven experience in a similar role within an automotive service center or dealership environment.
  

25 to 40 years old Male or Female Bachelor 's Degree holder Minimum 5 years experience in automotive sales Good communication and negotiation skills Dynamic, proactive personality and results oriented with a positive outlook Presentable and well-groomed Fluency in English is a must; Arabic is a plus UAE Driving license is required Good computer knowledge
