Business Development Manager

Job Description

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to understand project specifications, identify key requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Leverage your technical background to translate complex specifications into actionable plans for our internal teams.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the construction and design industry in Dubai.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at architectural firms, design studios, and contracting companies.
• Participate i n "Lunch & Learn" sessions to educate industry professionals on your company's products and services.
• Partner with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals that address client needs and exceed expectations.
• Manage and track projects from initial contact to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a specification/business development role within the construction or design industry
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) is a plus
