In this important role, you will recruit for mission-critical Cyber roles.

Role Specifics

This position is with the ManpowerGroup Middle East Technology Recruitment team based in Dubai. You will primarily work on Cyber/InfoSec positions and secondarily on Cloud, Data, AI, and other niche tech roles.

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in agencies or IT Services or Cyber companies.

• 3+ years of specialist Cyber recruitment expertise placing niche cyber-skilled candidates (MUST).

• Experience sourcing candidates from sites like LinkedIn & Naukrigulf.

• Ability to influence decisions by acting as the subject matter expert in Cyber Security.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate relationships, collaborate with co-workers, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Any bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills in English.
