We partner with our corporate, government and institutional clients to help them achieve consistent, long-term performance. Our products and services include advisory, financing, prime services, research and analysis, securities services, trading and sales and transaction banking.The role is for an Associate Director level salesperson in the EMEA Prime Sales team focusing primarily on Prime clients, based predominantly in MENA. The candidate must possess an excellent understanding of all Prime & Delta One products and have previous experience in a similar role covering high profile clients. In this role you will: •    Contribute to the identification of sales opportunities that address specific needs for clients. Covering daily Prime business from MENA based Hedge Funds and Institutional Clients, mainly Synthetic Prime & Cash Prime, Index & Delta One, Funding & Liquidity products.•    Maintain business relationships with clients by providing value added services to clients including market colour and analysis.•    Develop knowledge of client needs and requirements, coordinating efforts to service client organisations.•    Increase Prime revenues from allocated clients through increased financing balances as well as ensuring return targets are met/exceeded. •    Identify potential opportunities for cross selling and execute or escalates to Director / Managing Director when necessary.•    Work with Prime Origination team on client pitches to win new mandates.•    Manage transaction execution following pricing from relevant pricing team.•    Work with the business to develop new products and markets in order to increase client diversification.•    Work with the business to manage operational risk and efficient usage of financial resources.•    Maintain complete records of client orders and execution.•    Deliver trade ideas and relevant HSBC content to clients.•    Collaborate with other internal businesses within Markets and Securities Services as well as other areas within the Group e.g., Global Banking, Wholesale Banking, Wealth and Personal Banking and Private Banking•    Encourage constructive cross-country and cross-business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management in action and challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with HSBC's diversity policy and/or the best interests of the business and its customers.•    Work with the business to develop new products and markets in order to increase client diversification.•    Work with the business to manage operational risk and efficient usage of financial resources.
