General Foreman

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as a General Foreman.
2. High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge of construction site activities, manpower coordination, and work supervision.
4. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
5. Experience in coordinating with Site Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors.
6. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
7. Ability to manage and supervise site workers effectively.
8. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at site.
2. Manage manpower and allocate workers according to project requirements.
3. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
4. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams.
5. Monitor quality, productivity, and safety at the construction site.
6. Report daily progress and site issues to the Construction Manager/Site Engineer.
