Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects, from initial concept to final delivery

- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met

- Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery

- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns

- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring that costs are kept within budget

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any on-site issues

- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients

- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably in the United Arab Emirates

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken

- PMP certification is a plus
