Job Description - Regional Training Lead

- Accountable for building the training department for the largest footwear concept in the world: designing the Level talent development and departmental strategy
- Empowered to create the talent development roadmap for International Retail and Operations teams; ensuring customization by market
- Embody the Level Shoes brand in all talent development interactions
- Stay ahead of the curve in all fashion footwear trends, styling trends, brand and product trends and regional footwear culture activities
- Responsible for elevating the footwear knowledge across all customer facing teams including fashion and product trends, styling, luxury materials and new brands
- Foster and drive a continuous culture of curiosity across Level Shoes departments
- Co-design training content and materials with relevant stakeholders, especially with Buying, Brand Partnerships and Retail
- Construct forward-thinking, creative and engaging content in line with Level's bold branding/marketing to engage our digital talent generation (Gen Zs and Millennials)
- Facilitate delivery of engaging training sessions, workshops and bite size learning opportunities with pre-determined learning objectives
- Successfully evaluate training solutions and their ROIs through commercially oriented KPIs
- Devise and implement impactful assessments and post training reinforcements
- Monitor employee performance and effectiveness of training
- In charge of the onboarding experience in terms of Level specific Retail + Operations induction
- Support Head of People in driving the talent development agenda for head office, eCommerce and leadership employees
- Create a training ambassador hybrid role community across the stores; identify potentials, outline the expectations and assign key responsibilities in line with the training strategy and commercial KPIs
- Coach leaders on co-creating best practice IDPs with their teams as well as on guiding them on potential learning solutions
- Support store line managers in identifying key talent, designing career paths and recommending development opportunities to reach their goals
- Collaborate with Chalhoub University training team on potential partnerships and engagement of their training offerings
- Manage the Level Shoes Retail and Operations training budget
