Job Description - Senior Brand Partnerships Manager

ITP Media Group (ITP) is one of the largest media companies in the Middle East, with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. The company delivers quality data content to its readers, viewers, delegates, and guests through digital, print, events, awards, video content, social media platforms, and social media influencers. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar, Construction Week, Esquire, and GQ.

ITP Live is the leading influencer marketing agency in the region, working regularly with the biggest names worldwide, such as Idris Elba, Alicia Keys, Floyd Mayweather, Logan Paul, KSI, Lily Singh, Ronaldinho, Sergio Ramos, and many others.

ITP Live is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Senior Brand Partnerships Manager - Talent to join our Talent team.

This role's overall responsibility includes being part of the ITP Live Talent sales team and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

You will be responsible for identifying and developing new revenue streams and opportunities to grow the event department for ITP Live in UAE. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and enthusiastic, with a passion for creative selling and onboarding new clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

  • Working with the team in the head office in Dubai
  • Managing any existing clients
  • Leveraging existing contacts to source new clients
  • Developing new business leads
  • Developing comprehensive creative & financial proposals based on bespoke client RFPs
  • Integrating other ITP Live services to your offers
  • Working closely with the Talent Team to develop strategies and projects for your clients
  • Liaising closely with the finance team for any project
  • Being responsible for generating revenue from agencies and direct clients
  • Maximizing ITP Live’s market share in UAE
  • Developing and growing personal client base
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting
  • Ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience
  • Educated to a degree level, the ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of regional sales experience in media/agencies/content/influencers
  • Experience creating sales and project decks from scratch
  • Ambitious, aggressive, proactive, creative, and hungry for success
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
