Job Description - Senior Specialist Talent Development

Job Description



Join our dynamic Regional Talent Development team and play a leading role in shaping talabat's performance management strategy. You'll be responsible for igniting a high-performance culture by designing and implementing impactful learning programs, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with company goals.

  • Design and maintain performance management tools and templates, ensuring they are clear, user-friendly, and effective.

  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs for managers and employees on performance management practices.

  • Facilitate performance conversations and provide coaching to managers on how to conduct effective performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback.

  • Analyze performance data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making and program improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in performance management and recommend innovative approaches.

  • Champion a culture of continuous feedback and development within the organization.

Qualifications



 

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management programs.

  • Strong project management skills will be essential to ensure the successful rollout and ongoing effectiveness of these initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.

  • Stakeholder management mastery, and big-picture thinking 

  • Proficiency in facilitation and public speaking 

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Management field Expertise in dynamic, agile and fast growing companies
