Job Brief:

We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer with specialized experience in the planning and execution of hotel construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring techniques tailored to the unique requirements of luxury hotel projects. You will be responsible for ensuring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, leveraging your expertise to navigate the challenges of the UAE construction landscape effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Detailed project plans for hotel projects, including timeframes, resources, and budget considerations, using advanced project management software.
• Co-ordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that plans align with project goals and comply with UAE regulations.
• Adhere to UAE construction laws, regulations, and permitting processes. PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Ensure compliance with all UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure that construction meets the high standards expected in luxury hotel projects.
• Oversee the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure they meet design specifications and functional requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience as a Planning Engineer or similar role, specifically within the hotel construction sector in the UAE.
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and proficiency in MS Office.
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with complex schedules and budgets.
