Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in account support.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate support to account managers and clients - Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance processes - Generate and analyze reports to track account performance and trends - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Work closely with account managers to develop and execute strategic account plans - Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems

Requirements: - Energetic and confident with a positive attitude - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote work environment - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to collaborate with team members and demonstrate a spirit of cooperation - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
