Job Description:
FirstEnergy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a leading provider of energy solutions, FirstEnergy offers a challenging and rewarding work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within each account, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account strategies and achieve business goals. - Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address any issues or concerns. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers, offering product knowledge and assistance as needed. - Monitor account health and performance metrics, analyzing data to drive business decisions and optimize customer outcomes. - Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing accounts. - Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape, sharing insights and recommendations with internal teams.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in account management or customer support roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers. - Confident and adaptable personality, able to navigate complex situations and drive results. - Creative thinker with strong strategic planning skills, able to develop innovative solutions to customer challenges. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or events.
