Job Description - Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative

Job summary
Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative Highly organised and detail-oriented Remote position, work from anywhere with stable internet
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Answer customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone calls in a timely and professional manner • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude • Process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely shipment • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records • Provide administrative support to the team as needed • Scheduling appointments, preparing reports, maintaining databases
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Prior customer service experience preferred
