An Airport Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing assistance and support to passengers at an airport. They handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist passengers with inquiries and requests.

• Assist passengers with self-service check-in kiosks and online check-in processes.
• Collaborate with airline and airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions and complaints.
• Assist passengers with lost or damaged baggage and facilitate claims.
• Provide directions and assistance to passengers within the airport premises.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements.
• Follow security and safety procedures to ensure passenger well-being.
