JOB TITLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design and develop intelligent automation solutions using industryleading tools and technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA) artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning (ML) natural language processing (NLP) and others.
• Build configure and deploy automation workflows and bots to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
• Conduct testing debugging and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure reliability scalability and performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback iterate on automation solutions and continuously improve functionality and efficiency.
• Document design specifications technical requirements and implementation details for automation solutions.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy security and governance standards.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
• 02 years of experience in software development with a focus on automation scripting or programming.
• Understanding of intelligent automation tools and platforms such as UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prism Microsoft Power Automate etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for automation development such as Python Java C# or JavaScript.
• Good understanding of automation concepts principles and methodologies including process mapping workflow design rulebased decision making etc.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence machine learning natural language processing and other related technologies is a plus.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to work with a complex user base.
• Proactive in nature to complete task and resolve issues.
• Candidate should be customer focused.
