The ideal candidate will provide and maintain excellent client service and be the frontline service contact for our external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations through strong administrative control and facility management through resource planning, manpower allocation, skill training, Information dissemination, customer feedback, setting processes and tracking records
• New Business Acquisitions- Contractual/Non-contractual
• Developing and maintaining relationship with all vendor/service providers, B2B corporate clients and other stakeholders.
• Put in place Standard Operating Procedures other (SOPs), Service offerings presentations, Business Proposals and Process documents.
• Maintain high level of staff productivity and efficiency (Qualitative and Quantitative) lead and develop team members.
• Ensure internal & external customer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring teams focuses on customer satisfaction.
• Studying and analyzing the financials for effective resource management issues and taking initiatives for the organization’s growth. Providing information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience either in operations, audit or process management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
