Fully responsible on all products aftersales services; handles Handing/entering related data in the system; Sending reminders to clients on expiry dates (if required); Handling all kind of client’s / customer’s complaints; Problem solving and present findings to release management and development teams; Troubleshoot client issues and provide short and long term solutions. ; Running aftersales service campaign twice a year; Handle other specific tasks as assigned by superiors and as required by the Company

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 2 - 3 years . Education: Bachelor Degree required . Languages: Arabic required. Nationality: european preferred
